    5.1 Licence: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for personal or internal business purposes.

    9.2 You confirm you have the rights necessary to upload such content.

    9.3 You grant Kwant a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce and display User Content for the purpose of operating, providing and improving the Services.

    9.4 You must not upload content that is:

    • unlawful, infringing or harmful;

    • defamatory, obscene or abusive;

    • containing personal data of others without consent;

    • violating any third-party rights.

    9.5 We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

    10. AI-Generated Output

    10.1 The Services generate images or content based on metadata (“AI Output”).

    10.2 You are responsible for reviewing AI Output for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws before using it.

    10.3 AI Output may produce errors or unexpected results. Kwant does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy or suitability of AI Output.

    10.4 You must not use AI Output to:

    • infringe intellectual property rights;

    • impersonate individuals;

    • create harmful, misleading or unlawful material.

    10.5 Subject to these Terms, you obtain rights to use AI Output for your lawful business or personal purposes.

    11. Prohibited Conduct

    You must not:

    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or servers;

    • introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;

    • use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission;

    • interfere with other users’ access;

    • resell or redistribute the Services.

    12. Intellectual Property

    12.1 The Site, Services and all Content (excluding User Content and AI Output) are owned by or licensed to Kwant.
