    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.metamock.io and all related services, software, tools, content, and features provided by MetaMock (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

    2. Business Use Only (B2B Services)

    The Services are provided exclusively for business and professional use. By using the Services, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business, trade, or profession and not as a consumer.

    Consumer protection laws, including statutory cooling-off rights, do not apply to these Terms.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

    4. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    5. Access to Services

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue any part of the Services

    • Restrict access to certain features

    • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

    6. User Accounts

    Where account registration is required:

    • You must provide accurate and complete information

    • You are responsible for maintaining account security

    • You are responsible for all activity under your account

    We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account use.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, mockups, templates, images, software, branding, and design elements available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Kwant Solutions Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    You may not:

    • Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense platform assets as standalone products

    • Reverse engineer or scrape the Services

    • Remove copyright or trademark notices

    All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

    8. Asset Usage Licence

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription plan, MetaMock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated mockups and provided assets for commercial and promotional purposes in your own projects.

    You may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, or make assets available as stock, templates, or mockup generators

    • Offer MetaMock assets as part of competing products or services

    • Claim ownership of the underlying mockup files or templates

    We retain all ownership rights in the original assets and templates.

    9. User Content

    If you upload or submit any content (including designs, images, or files):

    • You retain ownership of your content

    • You grant MetaMock a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and display your content solely to provide the Services

    • You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload such content

    You are solely responsible for your uploaded content and any legal consequences arising from it.

    10. Prohibited Activities

    You must not:

    • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers

    • Attempt to bypass system limits or security features

    • Interfere with platform performance

    • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

    • Use the Services to compete with MetaMock

    Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

    11. Payments, Subscriptions and Billing

    Certain features require payment under a subscription plan.

    By subscribing, you agree that:

    • Fees are charged in advance and recur automatically unless cancelled

    • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

    • Prices may change with notice

    Failure to process payment may result in suspension of access.

    Use of the Services involves immediate consumption of third-party compute resources and generation credits at the time requests are processed. As a result, all purchases, subscription fees, and usage-based charges are generally non-refundable.

    Refunds, partial refunds, or service credits may be issued solely at the discretion of Kwant Solutions Ltd and only in exceptional circumstances, such as verified technical failures directly attributable to MetaMock’s systems.

    Dissatisfaction with generated outputs, stylistic results, subjective quality, or suitability for a particular purpose does not constitute grounds for a refund.

    12. Free Trials (If Offered)

    If free trials are offered:

    • Trial access is limited to the stated duration

    • Full billing begins automatically after the trial ends

    • Only one trial may be permitted per user or organisation

    We reserve the right to withdraw trial eligibility at any time.

    13. Refund Policy

    All payments are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    Once access to paid Services is granted, no refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial usage

    • Unused subscription time

    • Account cancellation

    Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions before renewal.

    14. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

    • You breach these Terms

    • Your actions pose risk to the platform or other users

    Upon termination:

    • Your access to Services will cease

    • Licences granted to you will end

    Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law will survive termination.

    15. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

    We make no warranties regarding:

    • Accuracy or reliability of content

    • Availability or performance

    • Fitness for a particular purpose

    Use of the Services is at your own risk.

    16. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwant Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:

    • Loss of profits or revenue

    • Business interruption

    • Loss of data or goodwill

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

    17. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kwant Solutions Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from:

    • Your use of the Services

    • Your uploaded content

    • Your breach of these Terms

    18. Third-Party Services

    The Services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

    19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    20. AI Services, Third-Party Providers and Output Disclaimer

    MetaMock provides image and mockup generation services that rely on third-party artificial intelligence model providers, cloud infrastructure, and API services (“Third-Party Providers”) to deliver functionality on the platform.

    MetaMock does not control the underlying models, datasets, systems, or infrastructure operated by such Third-Party Providers and makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, performance, accuracy, or quality of outputs generated using the Services.

    Due to the probabilistic and experimental nature of artificial intelligence technologies, generated images and mockups may contain errors, distortions, inconsistencies, artifacts, or unexpected results. Outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and are not guaranteed to meet user expectations or specific commercial, legal, or regulatory requirements.

    You acknowledge and agree that service interruptions, failed generations, degraded performance, delays, or unusable outputs may occur and are inherent risks of using AI-based services.

    MetaMock is not responsible for the training data, latent representations, or internal model behaviour of Third-Party Providers and does not guarantee that generated outputs will be free from third-party intellectual property claims. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before any commercial or public use.
